INFORMATION

Children's Three Year Programme

 

Course Duration                 : Three Years

 

Days                                   : Commencing 3rd July 2017

                                             Two days a week (Monday/Tuesday)

 

Timings                               : 5:30pm to 7:30pm

 

Fees                                   : Rs. 15,000/- for one year

 

Application Form available : From 1st April 2017 - 9am (Only 200 forms available)

                                             1st come 1st serve

                                             Only 1 form per person

 

No. of admission seats       : Only 60 seats available

 

Form Fee                            : Rs. 100/-

 

Faculty                                : Existing faculty & Visiting Faculty

 

Course Content                  : Painting: drawing, sketching, watercolour, charcoal, pastels (dry and oil), oil and acrylic on canvas

                                            Tempera: tie and dye, batik, print, etc. 

                                            Printmaking: woodcut, linocut, calligraphy, paper mache etc.

                                            Sculpture: clay-modelling, plaster casting, paper pulp, pottery, coil work etc.

Please note:

 

  • Only students of Std. IV, V and VI are eligible for admission to this course.
  • Admission to the Children’s Three Year Course will be subject to the students passing an interview conducted by the Education Faculty Incharge Ashish Sarkar.

 

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Interviews will be conducted on Sunday 9th April 2017

Form No’s 1 to 100 - interview timings from 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Form No’s 101 to 200 - interview timings from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm 

 

RESULTS - will be declared on Monday 10th April 2017. Names of the children selected to the programme will be displayed on the office notice board from 9:00 am.

 

FEES - must be payable by close of day Monday 10th April 2017.

 

  • The decision of the Faculty Incharge will be final and KCA reserves the right to give or deny admission to any individual.
  • Guardian’s will be responsible for bringing the children to the Centre and taking them back on time.
  • Holidays as per Govt. rules, special holidays etc. will be announced in class.
  • There may be changes to rules and regulations.
  • Fees will increase from the following year.

Please note fees for all the years (1 to 4) will increase for the academic year 2017-2018.
