Opened in 2024, the UKBB is conceived as a platform for bold experimentation and immersive creative encounters. With its minimal architecture and flexible infrastructure, it invites artists, performers, and thinkers to reimagine the relationship between space, audience, and medium. Whether it is contemporary theatre, sonic installations, or interdisciplinary art practices, the Black Box serves as a catalyst for innovation and dialogue.
Spanning 1,656 sq. ft., the UKBB is equipped to host a wide array of art and culture-related activities including exhibitions, performance art, lectures, workshops, theatre, and curated events. Designed as a multifunctional venue, it adapts fluidly to the needs of creators and collaborators.
